  • We offer a 2-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • Refunds are only applicable if the product is unused, in original condition, and reported within 2 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed via bKash to the customer’s number used at purchase.
  • Damaged, burned, or broken products will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Electronics tested or installed are not returnable.

🚚 Shipping Policy

We deliver all over Bangladesh using trusted courier partners.

  • Inside Dhaka: 65৳
  • Outside Dhaka: 95৳
  • Delivery Time: 1–3 working days

  • We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) for customized, modified, or large-volume wholesale orders.
  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and courier workload.
